Anything Needed To Ensure A Successful Event For Our Clients
The environment space requested is a minimum of 20' x 20'. An air conditioned venue is preferred to ensure proper functionality of electronic equipment, but an outside tent with removable sides can be used as well. Low grade ramped access (no stairs) will be needed from unload point to interior of event location. A minimum of 2 dedicated 110 volt - 20 amp circuits should be made available for the duration of event. Game Tournaments:
Due to the incredible popularity of video games such as Guitar Hero, Game Hype features single day or multiple day
game tournaments in which overall competition winners receive $100 in Game Hype provided gift cards to an area video game store. An event or sponsor wishing to add to awarded prizes is welcome
to do so to increase the value of the competition. Game tournaments can be an excellent way to tie-in with event media campaigns including local radio and television stations. Local media can promote the tournament and appear during the event to do a live remote broadcast which is especially effective for the finals.
Tournaments can also be arranged to enhance special
event days including Senior Day with Wii Bowling, Kids Day with a 5-10 age bracket, etc. We will be happy to work with you to create exciting events for your patrons.

Sponsorships:
Partnering with a demographically viable and credible sponsor can assist with fully or partially financing an appearance as well as lend brand equity to the overall
experience. Game Hype will work closely with event sponsors to offer product sampling,
distribution of collateral material, banner presentation and any other promotional opportunities that may be available to a sponsor. Incremental sponsorships can be arranged
with a wide variety of local businesses and institutions including communication providers, military branches, video game retailers,
beverage distributors, financial institutions, education providers, automobile/recreational vehicle dealerships and more.

Availability/Routing:
Game Hype is currently available throughout the year for routing in the central and southern United States to include all of Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Missouri and Indiana as well as most of
North Carolina, South Carolina, Illinois, Ohio, Florida, Louisiana and West Virginia. If your event is not located in any of these areas, please contact us to inquire about specialty routing.
